Description:Ford West Leadership Academy is a two-year, cohort-style training program designed to expose high-potential industry employees to all facets of the fertilizer supply chain, while growing their technical and soft skills, ensuring the transfer of industry knowledge from current to future leaders, and equipping participants with essential tools for professional success.
The inaugural class, made up of 32 graduates from 21 companies began in Houston, TX in 2024, then graduated from the program in Tampa, FL this January after completing 30 hours of highly interactive curriculum facilitated by industry leaders.
